Great location! Wonderful lay out to the home.Property manager is easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time staying at Chad's beach house. We had all our kids and grandkids, 25 of us, it was the perfect size. The kitchen was amazing! Love two ovens and two dishwashers! We set up a sand volleyball net on the beach and the kids had a great time playing soccer on the grass. It was a short walk to the beach but for those that didn't want to walk they just drove. I'll . We had a great time!

Excellent location. The home has a great lay out for large group. The owner is great to work with.

We are repeat customers! The best place for family reunions. Plenty of space to spread out. Our favorite part is the big grassy shaded front lawn with beach access. We launch our boats and jetskis on day one at the north beach launch and keep them in the water right in from of the rental property. Bring your anchors! It makes for such easy access and fun. Plenty of onsite parking for the boat trailers. We LOVE the reserved beach area just for our group. It surely makes a difference. It makes for a fun filled watery paradise. Can’t wait for next year!
