Lovely, modern b&b in quiet area about 15 mins walk from the historic centre of Marzamemi. Room was beautifully decorated in simple seashore theme.
Parking (free) was off the street next to the b&b.
Nice bathroom, great shower.
Breakfast in a lovely seafront cafe, 5 mins walk away.
Our host was so friendly and helpful, and communication was great.
You could hear some muffled noise from the other rooms, though this wasn't a problem.

The cost of staying here is the same as a hotel yet you don’t get the facilities of a hotel plus breakfast was somewhere else completely and you are very very limited what you can have and can only have two items whereas in a hotel it’s unlimited and there is much more to choose from.
