For three of us, two numbers of twin beds were provided. Felt Very congested. But room was very clean and decent. Facilities provided was good. Entrance and lift area is not clan. Location was very close to subway metro. Overall it was nice.
Lift and entrance. Congested arrangement in the room.

The property was very close to Shinjuku and JR station plus close to 7/11 and Family mart made for late snack/ drink runs very easy.
The cleaning just needed a bit more attention, we left it cleaner when we checked out and probably only took 5 mins. Very small but when the shower curtain is slimy on the inside and touches you while showering it's no the nicest. Also the amount we ended up paying was more than what was advertised on Booking.com which put it in the prices of some better hotels we stayed at.
