Relax Kazbegi Panoramic Mountain View

Loved the owner, Madona and the view from the rooms. Clear direct views of Mount Kazbeg and the Gergeti church! Also loved the cats running around 😊. Madona was very helpful to arrange my trip to Truso Gorge and she was always there to answer my silly questions. On the last day, my precious earring gifted by my mom, fell into the sink while wearing it. I was devastated by this. I called Madona at 6.30 in the morning and she was kind enough to come to the room this early and help me out. She got her husband to open the sink and remove me earring from it. I will always be grateful to her for all the help. She did everything in her power to make sure i leave happy. The most hospitable and helpful hosts ive ever met! ❤️❤️

The lighting system, as at night there was no light Switched ON outside the room balcony, as I was the female solo traveller and for dinner and other things I had to use my mobile phone light to go down stairs and use the balcony... The only thing which I didn't like was the lighting no light was there at night... Saving electricity is good but light at night is a basic necessity. Also complaining and asking for it didn't find it worthy. I spent a good amount for the booking but asked to switch on and off the light every time for the room as well...... Not find good. Felt like in school. Rest all good. For solo travelers the room space was good. There was no cupboard or space for the clothes as it was mentioned in the list.

La maison d’hôtes est agréable, avec accès à un balcon et un jardin à l’arrière. Une petite salle en bas permet de prendre son propre petit déjeuner ou réchauffer un repas. Cela facilite les rencontres. Ce n’est pas loin du centre mais en hauteur, avec quelques restaurants à proximité. La vue est belle.

Nous avions une douche sans bac ni rideau car la salle de bain était très petite. Pas de placard dans la chambre.

I liked views. I liked the way apartment was cleaned and the surroundings of house.

The communication with hosts. They were not very talkative. No smiles on their faces. Had to move my car in the morning because someone had to go out.
