Great house. Very nicely presented. Lots of space for 6 adults. Great location.

The house was lovely. It was well equipped and as the name suggests it is right on the harbour.
We were there during the recent heat wave and the bedroom were very hot! If you opened the windows to allow some cooler night air in we struggled with noise as Hotwell Road is an arterial road and never goes quiet. With the windows shut the rooms were incredibly stuffy..... I hope that as these heatwaves become more regular then the owners need to look at cooling fans for the bedrooms.
Parking is an issue.
