Staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast, peaceful, The fact that they have support if electricity is gone loadshedding. Generator

No restaurant inside the resort or atleast be able to buy food for lunch and dinner. We had to drive to get lunch or supper. Please consider to atleast have a small shop in the premises. Also please provide microwave in the hotel side in order to warm food that we might bought and want to eat later. The bridge towards the resort it is not safe because the left side is not blocked. Also what if you arrive at night and that bridge is not safe. Other than that we enjoyed the placed. I will recommend it if you need to rest and just be indoors or walking in the yard.

The property itself was fine, room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff were welcoming and supportive.

The access road was a bit challenging; I also did not like having a long argument over the check out time. They tried to change the check out time to a different time compared advertised time on the booking portal, despite that I had a confirmation about the check out time in my confirmation email. I was eventully allowed to check out at the advertised time, but not before a protracted argument about the topic.
