Bob’s place is very cosy, well equipped and comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We needed somewhere to stay before starting the Coast to Coast cycle, and this seemed a good value place to stop for the night. We were really impressed with the comfortable interiors and great facilities, importantly including a secure bike shed. Bob was really responsive and worked around our train timings, even when we were delayed. Bob provided a plethora of local recommendations, and there were takeaways and shops conveniently located nearby. The only downside for us was that we had to cycle up quite a hill from town, but this meant we were treated to great views from the property. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone travelling to Whitehaven for the Coast to Coast or any other trip!

Clean tidy everything you needed in a nice quite location
