A brand new, well structured hotel with a good restaurant and a breakfast that delivers solid value for the price. It's a great option for a short stay, ideal for one night or just a few days, especially given how convenient it is being right next to the train and metro station.
We booked a room with a double bed and received one made of two single mattresses pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. Based on other experiences during our trip, this seems to be a common practice in Italy. We found the neighborhood and surrounding area to feel a bit unsafe at night, despite the heavy police presence at the train station.

Liked everything. Located right by Tiburtina metro,trains,buses,taxi rank.Staff very helpful and friendly. Room a good size and very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean upon arrival.
The behavior of the restaurant and bar staff was extremely disappointing and often unfriendly.
The breakfast was far below expectations. There was only one type of toast bread available, and overall the selection and quality were very poor compared to other 4-star hotels.
The daily housekeeping service was inadequate. The bed was made every day, but the rest of the room was hardly cleaned, if at all.
