Great place to stay while in Old Orchard Beach. Comfortable beds and quiet place to recharge after going to the beach or pier. Its a small walk to the beach, the walk back is all uphill so be prepared to carry your beach gear back if you don't drive down. Would go back and recommend for others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spotless and the rental company was very good with communication. As mentioned in other reviews, the upstairs guests are indeed very noticeable when home. The unit could use some touch up painting, more towel hooks and some bedroom furniture. If you like to unpack or even have a surface to lay things on, there is no where to do so with no dressers. The location was in a quieter part of town which we appreciated. It was a 10 minute walk to beach, but uphill on the way back. Check out Tamilynn’s to eat just a few blocks away near the beach for quick breakfast and good pizza. Fielder’s Choice was a great ice cream place super close as well😊

Clean and exactly what we wanted for our long weekend.

The place was fairly clean with the exception of some of the dishes and the air conditioner filters which made the place smell if you turned them on. Uneven floors and doors that won't latch and open by themselves. It really isn't provisioned like most VRBO properties with only one teaspoon in the place and only 2 wine glasses. The management company for this property didn't seem to want to hear about the problems either and refused to escalate our complaints. They offered a 50 refund but I have not received it.
