The home and kitchen were well equipped The grounds are well maintained. Had a little problem with the AC condensate line backing up, but when I called about it I had two people show up in minutes to fix it and clean. The pool screen is a bit torn but still functional. The pool was wonderful as is the pool area. The grill worked great. The dock was big enough for my 25 ft center console but the canal is narrow there, so it was tight for another boat to pass by when mine was tied up to the dock. The dock piles had fenders installed and it was much appreciated. Overall I had a a great stay.

Everything was as advertised. Great home. Great time.

Clean. Kids loved the pool. House stocked with all you need. Wonderful location.

We really enjoyed a great stay in Michaela’s lovely rental home for a month and a half. It’s a charming home with a beautiful lanai, a screened pool and wonderful private outdoor space. The landscaping is beautifully done and well maintained. The home was super clean and has a useable well appointed kitchen with necessary cooking equipment which allowed us to prepare most all of our meals there. The home is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and a 5 minute walk to a wonderful Gulf of Mexico beach by way of the deeded beach access path. Michaela was an excellent host, always available and was responsive to our questions and needs. Just an all around excellent experience staying at that location! Thank you very much, Michaela!
