This was our first stay at Serendip- and it was fantastic! Delta was a great unit- comfortable bed, cool AC, and all the essentials we needed. The patio was amazing- we were out there all the time. The view was fantastic. The pool was nice and cool and peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. Easy and quick to get into town or around the island- definitely have a vehicle though- Jacob's Ladder is not to be messed with- believe me- I tried! Matt was very communicative and took care of everything. We have been visiting St John for 20 years and highly recommend Serendip!

The stay was great could not have asked for anything more. The location is perfect, close enough to Cruz Bay yet far enough away. The rental was extremely clean and very well maintained. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay at Serendip Condos. Bed was comfortable. Loved the view. Location was close to ferry doc and close to Cruz Bay action. Never had a problem with parking. Very quiet. Very relaxing. Only negatives were 1) low water pressure (I believe it's an island issue) and 2) TV/internet service was poor in the evening (I believe due to everyone using it then - it worked great in the morning and early afternoon). Always had hot water. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The unit and property were beautiful. The sunsets and breeze from the balcony were a highlight. But the best part was how attentive Matt was before and during my stay. He helped with so many questions that I had, explained and resolved an issue that was vrbo’s doing, and he even got me a yoga mat. Wonderful human, ill be back.
