Our host Myka was Wonderful! Very helpful with every question I had. Our stay was great. The adults and kiddos all enjoyed being there and hated to leave. One of our best vacations stays ever!

House was clean and a great location for easy access to Pigeon Forge shops and attractions

Great home!

The heated pool was not working for 2 days of our stay. They sent someone out but they could not get the pool working. That was a really important part of my family’s vacation as I asked about the pool being heated multiple times before checking in and I was Informed it was working. They were very hesitant about moving us into the rental next to where we were staying but they did only after I asked for a manager or owner to call my husband. We have rented ALOT on VRBO and we have had instances where amenities did not work but the owners were always very quick to try to make things right. Definitely did not feel that way with this owner. Unit is nice, and the pictures are just like what you see at the unit. I just personally would not rent this unit again.
