This adorable, newly updated 1Bed/1Bath apartment unit is perfect for 1-2 guests in transition, looking for a quiet, clean space to make themselves at home for 30+ days. We are located 10-15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and are pet friendly! Stroll to a cute coffee shop, brewery, or dog park right around the corner.
House Rules:
1. No smoking of any kind inside the unit or within 30 feet of the building. Smoking includes vaping, marijuana, cigars etc.
2. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am; but please be respectful of all guests at all hours as some guests work nights and sleep during the day. Be mindful of TV noise, foot traffic, closing doors, and voices.
3. Pets must be accounted for and leashed on property and hallways at all times. We are a pet friendly facility. We charge a monthly pet fee of $4 per pet per day.
4. Early or late check-out fees apply and are not guaranteed. Please speak with host directly to coordinate and get pricing.
5. It is the responsibility of the guest to take trash to designated trash can and have it out by the curb on trash collection day, or evening prior.
6. Laundry is located in basement. Please be considerate of other guest's use and remove clothes in a timely manner.
7. Parking: there is ample street parking in front of and across the street from the building. Parking in front of the garage in the back should only be used when confirmed with the host.

Every part of the process was very easy. The property was exactly as advertised. Our son stayed while completing an internship at UC. The location was very convenient and in a safe neighborhood. Thanks to the property owners! Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Cincinnati area.
