Fantastic over night stay

It was a lovely property with an interesting history. We visited in the middle of a heat wave and without any A/C and being unable to open the windows more than a few inches, the rooms were hot! A nice quiet fan was provided but it made the heat slightly less unbearable. Thank goodness for the pool! The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful building and gardens, with nice and quiet surroundings.
The staff was really friendly and helpful.
We didn't use the more formal restaurant but the bar provided good dining options.
Breakfast was good too and the restaurant looks amazing.
A very enjoyable stay, we will definitely come back again if we get the chance
