Aside of construction sites either side the location was excellent
Nothing though property user information could be better I..e. Where to dispose rubbish

Location is fantastic for the beach with excellent pool area that is immaculate and well maintained. Apartment is lovely and quiet with all the residents being respectful. Parking is easy in the area too. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants so no car needed once in El Cotillo unless you want to explore.
A full length mirror in the apartment would be good and also the bathroom lighting where the only mirror is located is quite poor. The bed mattress is not the most comfiest neither.
