We had a wonderful stay (despite the heatwave) and Laurents apartment was a lovely cool oasis from the midday heat. It's within walking distance to most of the main attractions, trains close by for ones a little further away and plenty of air conditioned restaurants in the local neighbourhood. The apartment had everything six adults needed, as well as being comfortable for us all to relax when escaping the heat. Showers were hot, rooms were cool and kitchen well stocked. The lift made it easy to get bags and bodies to the fifth floor but the stairs are good exercise if you over indulge in too many French pastries. Franprix is over the road to the left for supplies and plenty of pastry shops for traditional French breakfast. Thanks again Laurent and Paula, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely generous sized apartment with easy access to metro. Functional kitchen and laundry made an 8 day stay for two couples and teenager a joy! Easy shopping, boulongerie, and restaurants easy walking distance. Safe neighborhood

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was located near two Metro stops that serviced multiple lines which made getting around very easy. The space itself was very comfortable and easy to operate in for my entire family. Note, we were there when it was unusually hot and the air conditioning of the rooms was awesome and a relief when we arrived home every day. Our interactions with the host was amazing and they were very responsive leading up to the trip as well as in planning for the departure. Everything was easy. We would recommend this apartment to anyone heading to Paris.
