This was our first trip to the French Riviera and it didn’t disappoint! The property is wonderful, with the best views of the region. It’s in close proximity to Monaco, Menton, quick trips into Italy and of course about an hour for Nice. Claudine was an excellent host and Gwendy was a super helpful property manager. Through both of them we were able to arrange logistics ahead of our arrival and eventually organized a private driver for when driving apps fail. Truly a slice of heaven on earth.

Perfect house for a family, lovely pool and outdoor area to enjoy. Responsive host to issues. My biggest issue is this property is listed as Fontvieille, Monaco which is extremely close to Monte Carlo. The property is in Roquebrune Cap Martin which is about 20-25 minutes drive east - so I felt this was misrepresented. Explanation was that Fontvieille was the location of the property manager's office. We did enjoy the house though - just disappointed on location.

Loved the place- lots of room to hang out on the pool deck and outside areas. AC worked well in the rooms, but it was very hot in the common areas (common in Europe when it's hot). It's a bit out of the town and a 20-30 minute drive to Monaco, but still in a great location. Lots of groceries, etc. in the town. The layout of the house is a little confusing, but everything else was absolutely perfect.

The property was very nice. They just misrepresented the location in terms of its proximity to Monaco. It is a 25-minute drive to Monaco, depending on traffic.
