The property is located not far from the town center. The town offers a wide variety of activities; for example, the Kafka Riding Stables, the Gut Darß Adventure Farm, and a surf school at the Regenbogen Camp on the Bodden side are all in the immediate vicinity. Through the Darß Forest and along the dike by the Bodden, you can reach the West Beach on the Baltic Sea in about 30 minutes by bike via the well-developed network of bike and hiking trails.
