Awesome place. Great experience!

Very pet friendly! Dennis was extremely responsive. When I sent a message through the app he responded immediately. House exceeded expectations! The rules were laid out and very simple to follow. They ensure you have the “must” you usually don’t get from other host. Ex…a coffee pot with filters, and coffee! Some snacks on the counter, simple condiments in the fridge. These are typically items you’d pay for then throw away! Complete waste of money! They had all the “must haves” covered! Also, very convenient location to grocery and activities. We highly recommend this house and this host! Enjoy the wildlife…wild horses in the yard, deer, elk…they roam wild and that was incredible to see! Hot tub was a perfect spot, during the heat of the summer, for a morning soak before the sun hits, or at night! Would love to stay here during the winter cause the house was built around a beautiful wood burning fireplace I’m sure I’d rave on it was the season for use! Anyway, great experience all the way around with the attention to detail as exceeds expectations.

Excellent house to enjoy Ruidoso, the hot tub was a plus. The house is very convenient to lots of activities.
