House is very spacious and conveniently located. We enjoyed our time there and do look forward to returning to Anna Maria. Contact with the host was quick if needed anything answered. I would definitely recommend you stay.

Terrific location, great back yard set up, plenty of room for all of us. Bay view from balcony was lovely- great sunrises. Easy walk to everything. Management company responsive and helpful.

Well maintained. Nice property that is well furnished and stocked.Wish there were some Bluetooth speakers available to tap into. No toilet and sink ground level was an inconvenience. Please let property managers know that the electrical outlet by the hot tub was not working. If there is a switch to turn the power to it I did not see it marked. Also it would be great if the child alarm could be disarmed when only adults on property. It is annoying to have it alarm every time you go into door because it can only be disarmed when exiting.

This property had it all. The heated pool, hot tub and putt-putt were put to use every day. There were 6 beach chairs, toys, kayak, paddle board and bikes in the garage. We rented golf carts and the beach was 4 blocks away. 4 king size beds were a must. When we had questions they would email us right back. We will be back next year!
