I loved the unit! Was new with nothing broken and exactly as described!! Easy to find way to get to the beach with a car, golf cart or shuttle. Occ answered any of my questions right away and addressed them all efficiently and quickly.

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and staying with OCC. The process was simple and the team at OCC was very accommodating when we had to move our dates. The home was beautiful and well taken care of. Can’t wait to come back for another vacation.
The only thing was the coffee provided was enough for maybe 2 days so would have been nice to have more coffee provided.

We had a great experience in the condo as well as spending time on the property.
