We stayed at Conrad’s place for the Fourth of July Holiday. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, kayak’s for the water and other items for the water. Plenty of space for our family. We did not want to leave. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful property conveniently located on beautiful Smith Lake. Modern, spacious, gorgeous view! Plan to stay here again.

Our best lake house experience yet! Super clean and comfortable. Excellent Weber grill outside. Phenomenal owners, very responsive to any needs. Look forward to return visit.

The house is exactly as pictured but even better in person with the lake view. We had the best time. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in with kids. We used the boat recommendations and rented a boat and thoroughly enjoyed that. The house is beautiful and plenty of space to spread out for larger parties or traveling with kids. My best friend and I took our 5 kids together and it was so fun. The Johnsons were quick to respond and provide information. Highly recommend!
