Very clean, perfect for a few nights in the city, great price & location.
Parking was iffy. The streets surrounding the property are only 2 hr parking and on a summer weekend all the streets with free parking are full. If you park in the 2 hr parking, you can move your car every 2 hrs so the officers don’t give you a ticket. Otherwise you have to deal with parking garage fees. Luckily we had a friend that let us park in north Philly at their place, but that required us to take the train/bike around rather than drive.

Location was great. Cute place. Area guide was great.
Lights too bright and no way to dim. Couch wasn’t comfortable.

The area was great and the kitchen was well equipped.
The living room furniture was not comfortable and wouldn't recommend sleeping on the couch even pulled. Could use some more bedding for two sleeping areas.
