This was our 3rd stay at Big Oak Lodge. The rooms are spacious, the house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is great for access to downtown. We had an issue with one of the refrigerators, but maintenance was responsive.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our group! Every year my women’s church group of about 40ish ladies does a cabin retreat, and this was by far the best cabin we had ever stayed in. It was so spacious, there were plenty of rooms, plenty of towels pillows and blankets, and not to mention the LOCATION!! You are less than half a mile from the strip in gatlinburg. You truly can’t beat this cabin for a large group!

The lodge was perfect! Everything was great, the amenities of the home, closeness of proximity to activities. Our large family had an excellent time. We even experienced a few Bear sittings on the property (in the backyard of the lodge). Thanks for sending Bear caution information to us prior to arrival. All in all an excellent place to gather for a large family or group.
