The location was central to the attractions we were interested in - especially local barbecue places.

Enjoyed our stay at Jims place. Went to a Chiefs game and brought our little senior dogs. They enjoyed the backyard. The place was very clean, cozy, and quiet. Close to many good eating places. Jim was helpful with all the directions we ask about. The on-line pictures are exactly as posted. Looking forward to staying there again as it served us well!

Would definitely book again. Great location and super host. The porch was the perfect spot to sit and catch up with my high school friend. It’s a quiet little oasis with lots of flowers and plants.

The beds were comfortable and the owner was very nice. The place smelled like cat pee. There were also some load neighbors that were outside until the early hours of the morning.
