As always a great stay

The property is GREAT!!!!! The location fabulous!!!!!! The kids really enjoyed the Game room and Theatre and pool table. The kitchen was great for cooking. Overall good place for a large group.

Absolutely gorgeous

We recently stayed at this property for our wedding and were initially drawn to its charm and amenities, including the game room and movie theater. Unfortunately, these areas were unusable due to a serious wasp infestation, which was incredibly disappointing, especially since we paid extra for them. While Faye, the property manager, was easy to contact, her response to the wasps was unprofessional. She told us there was no one available to handle the issue and that "some brave guy without allergies would need to man up" and would have to use the wasp spray stored in the garage. This was not the level of service we expected. We also encountered some maintenance and cleanliness issues. There was a sponge floating in one of the master bathroom toilets, and the sunroom had visible water damage. Additionally, the bottom drawer inside the fridge was broken, which was inconvenient when trying to store food. While Faye was responsive and easy to work with overall, these issues greatly diminished our experience during what should have been a special occasion.
