The rooms were nice, some rooms hotter than others. Found a dirty moldy kitchen pot in the cabinet when went to use pot. Could have used more cooking pots. There were live mice spotted, Is expected staying at a farm house. This is perfect for large family gatherings

Good place for friends going to Chiefs game. Remote, quite close to arrowhead and lots of good restaurants.

This is a very quaint farmhouse, on a rustic property. The extensive renovation inside is very well-done but is definitely a work in progress. The surrounding yard, porch, etc. needs considerable attention. We did not explore the grounds. Beware, the pet and cleaning fees will just about double the cost of your stay. Great place for a family group.
