Very clean and great simple design. Unit has everything. Beautiful nature walk nearby close to Brownwood which is the best town center.

I rented the house since I’m building near by. After one day of work, my brother retire to his room and me to mine. My computer screen was bigger than the tv in the room. The control was broken making it difficult to watch tv. I called the manager and they explained to me the Ownerr didn’t want to change the obsolete and small tv. The area is great. The kitchen lack essentials. They didn’t have a mop and bucket but lickley, the property manager got it for me. One day I wanted to use the golf car and I couldn’t find the key. Overall I think the price is high for the house itself.
