My family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and exactly as described. The living room and game room were spacious enough for everyone to hang out and the pool was the perfect spot. Beds were comfortable. Although it was warmer in the master bedroom than the rest of the house, fans were available. The kithchen had all needed cookware and utensils. There was a nice walking trail behind the house and the beach was an easy short 6 minute drive.

I was incredibly impressed with the communication leading up to and during my stay. I always received timely responses any time I had a question. I will surely be looking for properties managed by this company in the future. From adding a day after my initial booking, to a slightly early check-in, to specific questions about the property while there, they always were prompt and informative with responses. Easiest 5 star rating I could give.

This is a fantastic property! Our group didn’t feel on top of one another and the highlight would the be the amazing lanai with pool. It’s also within driving distance to the beach.

The responsiveness of Sandy Beach was exceptional. Very easy to work with. The house was as pictured and clean. Easy to get to and close to the beaches. We did not use the pool because of the cold and rain. The property was beautiful. While the house showed well, the furniture left much to be desired. It was as if it were bought to stage the house rather than be comfortable. Not sure that was going on in the master bedroom but there was a cold (as in hide under the blankets) wind that crossed the bed nightly. Not sure if the windows need replaced or what. The other bedrooms did not have that problem.
