The apartment is a five minute walk from St George's Bay in a quiet residential area. It's ideal for a holiday base as it's close to the bars and restaurants of Paceville and the beach. The apartment is large, four double bedrooms, with a well laid out, well equipped kitchen, dining /living area and it has a balcony overlooking the bay. Communication with the host was great and they were very quick getting back to us.

There is a lot of building work being carried out around the complex, but it didn't disturb us at all. The garbage is picked up every day, but no garbage bags are provided. There was mention of toiletries being provided, but none were. Only small things.

Apartamento com ótima localização para quem procura ir para festas em St. Julians, podendo-se ir para todo o lado a pé. Perto da praia, de supermercados, de bares, restaurantes, discotecas, etc. Para além disto estava numa zona sossegada não tendo problemas nenhuns com o barulho durante a noite. Apartamento muito limpo, confortável, moderno, e com uma vista incrível na varanda. Apresentava bastantes utensílios que poderíamos necessitar como secador de cabelo, ferro de engomar, máquina de lavar e secar a roupa, máquina de lavar a loiça, adaptadores de tomada

No dia em que chegamos, inicialmente tivemos dificuldades a encontrar a porta do apartamento, tentei contactar o anfitrião mas o número que estava no booking estava errado. E depois de encontrarmos a porta tivemos de esperar mais de 1 hora depois do tempo que tinhamos marcado para que nos entregassem a chave. Para além disto o exaustor da cozinha não estava a funcionar, por isso um dia quando estavamos a cozinhar, apesar de estarmos com as janelas todas abertas, como a comida fazia muito fumo ativamos o alarme de incêndio. Por ultimo havia uma falta de utensílios uma vez que eramos 8 e nao existiam garfos nem facas suficientes. Apesar disto não achamos que estes fatores tenham sido suficientes para prejudicar a nossa estadia neste apartamento, apenas são algo a melhorar

Super spacious, beautifully designed & very good location

The towels were stained before using them was the only thing in the property. The outside didn’t look nice at all or inviting. Trying to find the property was a nightmare it took an hour to find the property even with Google Maps. Messaged several times for help with this and called and had no answer and no reply. When it came to checking in once I had found the property to be able to get the keys no one was there. Check-in was at three and I didn’t even manage to get into the property until five because no one was answering the phone or replying to messages. Once I’ve got through to someone, it took them 45 minutes to turn up to the property with the keys after telling me several times they were around the corner and nearly there. Bear in mind it was raining & cold.

The Balcony

This was supposed to be a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. There is only one bathroom, and one bathroom en suite with no door. One bedroom has no window or door, just a pull-down blind. It's a nice apartment with a good-sized balcony, but it was not comfortable for 7 people
