Kitchen staff dont prepare eggs as requested
9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! The hotel was super clean and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was superb and they also serve dinner, although we didn’t try it.
The shower had no hot water in room 5. The only way to get hot water was to bring the water pressure down to a trickle. The wifi was a bit weak in the room, sometimes going away.

Clean and next to Graskop
Too small and potholes roads
5 / 10·paź 2026
The location was close to all restaurants
All four rooms we stayed had water issue, the hot water was so slow that you couldn’t even take a proper shower, the exhaust fan in the toilet was so loud, you can’t even hear yourself. The toilet fixtures are falling apart, the towels smell a lot. For cheaper or same cost you could get chalets overlooking the mountains. The hotel has no views of any kind.
