Simple room with everything we needed to be comfortable on a walking holiday. It was spotless and the staff friendly. Great location in the middle of the town.

Re Breakfasts: croissants and orange juice provided in room. This was fine as the nearby Deli does an excellent bacon roll. Location extremely convenient for the beach. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Would have been useful to have hotel parking but I know that's difficult if you want to stay somewhere near the beach.
And on street parking at that time in September was not too difficult.

It was well situated
The room could do with some TLC. There was damp in the bathroom. The outside of the shower didn’t look particularly clean and the wallpaper was coming away from the wall near the window. The bathroom door had a very loud squeak when it was opened.
