The view from the balcony is breathtaking. When we did not want to go to the beach, we still had the beach feel by just going out on the balcony - as easy as opening up the door. The condo is well equipped with thoughtful items. The dishwasher and washing machine/dryer combo work well. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable. We look forward to our next booking! Thank you Ms. Julie and Mr. Greg!

We loved it! Clean, great host and beautiful views and atmosphere

The listing says the top floor but I didn’t realize it was the 9th floor. Even though I don’t like really tall heights, I must say that the view out over the ocean was amazing! The host was extremely response and super nice. I would much rather book with a personal owner than a company. This is a small place (bathroom and balcony are rather small) but it fit our needs. It was just me and my husband. I would definitely book with this owner again. Thanks for a great experience!

I couldn't shut then sliding door.It needs to be replaced. The HVAC system was very loud. THey didn't even supply salt and pepper.
