Arranged over 3 floors it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge kitchen and diner and styled with carefully selected vintage furniture. 'The Garden Rooms' are named as such due to the sunny ground floor entrances onto both sides of the garden, comprising of a luxury one bedroom one bathroom apartment with kitchen diner, lounge area with a beautiful contemporary style. Finally, The Old Potting Shed is a surprising and gorgeous renovation of Penquite's old potting shed incorporating a bed deck built above the living area and features a wood burner, fully fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. All three accommodations are fitted out to a high standard and contain everything you need and more for your luxury stay in the heart of Cornwall.
