Really liked the hotel. Best buffet breakfast & a great location in the heart of Hanoi.
Will stay in this hotel again if we come back to Hanoi.

This was my second time in Hanoi and loved this hotel. Very cute and charming with a French feel. Wonderful room, breakfast was amazing and location was walkable to Old Quarter, Hanoi Cathedral and the Lake. The staff is what makes this hotel exceptional. They really do go the extra mile. In particular, Alex at reception, a big shout out to him who went out of his way to help me with my long term storage problem and other issues at the last minute. Ì have already booked to stay at this hotel when I return to Hanoi in January.
