Overall, I would first like to say a few words about Cambodia as a country. It became the 103rd country I have visited. The people are wonderful, and it is a beautiful country no matter where I went. Everywhere I met only kind and amazing people. Cambodia is truly a great place. As for the hotel, it is excellent. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful at every level — from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. The service is absolutely top-notch. Whoever is responsible for hiring the team did a fantastic job. The breakfast is good and offers enough variety for everyone to find something they like. The only small suggestion I would make is to include a bit more fruit — perhaps bananas and apples. Other than that, everything is great. The gym deserves a special mention — it is simply incredible. The fitness facilities are of the highest standard. For anyone who wants to stay in shape, this hotel is definitely the right choice. Swimming pool good and clean. In room always water to drink 👍. Overall, I am very satisfied with everything. Thank you!

Nice room, lovely female stuff

Having to pay $100 cash deposit upon arrival. We’ve stayed in a lot of nice places around Cambodia(and around the world) and never seen this before. Trying to check out quickly early in the morning to go to airport we had to wait for the staff to go to the room and check the room to see if they can return our deposit. Hotel room was booked under my name, I paid the deposit, my name was on the deposit receipt and I came to request it back during the check out. Yet after the male staff checked the room they walked past me to talk to my partner, returned the money to him and asked him to sign my receipt to confirm he collected it.
