Sehr nette Atmosphäre. Besitzer präsent wenn man ihn braucht. Sehr sehr nett. FAMILIA. 😁😁 Besitzer gibt sich viel Mühe bei der Kommunikation.
Wir haben frische Orangen und Avocado von ihm bekommen.
Bei offenem Fenster nerven die 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓 ab ca. 5uhr in der früh.

La situació en un lloc tranquil i estratègic.
Les instal·lacions del allotjament estan bé
L'amabilitat del propietari, tot i els inconvenients de la desastrosa empresa "Ocean Rentals" que no havia previst la nostra arribada.
La empresa que ho gestiona , "Ocean Rentals" són uns incompetents i amb una total falta de respecte al client.
Ens van exigir omplir online les dades amb preguntes improcedents com l'estat civil amb l'amenaça de no deixar-nos les claus.
Tot i així , amb el formulari correcte i tot pagat una setmana abans, no teníem les claus a l'hora del check-in i l'apartament estava pendent de netejar. Van ser dos hores de retard fins més de les 17h.
No ens van atendre les trucades ni missatges fins molt temps ó dies de retard. La TV no funcionava ni ens van donar informació de on rentar la roba fins 2 dies després, que era un petit local tancat dintre el recinte però sense indicacions ni cap explicació prèvia.
No hi ha forn.
Aconsello al propietari canviar d'agència ó tractar als clients de primera mà!!

This was our third stay in this apartment, which probably speaks for itself. It’s a comfortable house surrounded by a garden with exotic fruit trees. The apartment has everything you might need and offers a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as a private terrace where we enjoyed our meals. A short walk down the cliff takes you to stunning sandy beaches. Puerto de la Cruz is within walking distance, and the charming town of La Orotava is also nearby.
I recommend renting a car, as the area is surrounded mainly by banana plantations and there’s only one restaurant nearby — no shops within walking distance. A car is useful for grocery shopping or dining out.
The owner is very kind and discreet. Thank you for the wine and fruit!
