Great location close to the beach, restaurants, 5th Avenue
Nice size unit for a couple
Comfortable bed
Nice rooftop
Very uncomfortable sofa
Not very comfortable pillows
Insane towel policy, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, 2 bath towels, 2 beach towels, nothing for kitchen
Only one cleaning for a 18 day stay and that was after we asked
Were told to leave key in lockbox, difficult to open, limited light in the hallway at times
Most units are short tern rentals, the neighbors upstairs were very noisy
Th ceiling fan n the bedroom did not work

The location is great, the apartment is nice, modern and clean. A bit on the small side but comfortable. The rooftop is nice
The wi-fi is a show stopper as it is not pratical, it drops every 5 mins when you do have connectivity as there are also many dead zones in the aprtment itself. Checking in was a bit more laborious than necessary and the parking wasnt guaranteed despite being included. (more cars than spots).
