Villa Renaissance was the perfect

Clean with very helpful staff. Beautiful HUGE pool. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for a family spring break! We visited with our 2 middle school aged kids. The villa was spacious and the patio was our favorite part. The beach was quite windy (you can't predict/control the weather), but we enjoyed the pool and had a rental car to drive to other less windy spots on the island.

Hello, We had few issues, had to go to frontdesk few times. Manager was supposed to be in contact the same evening, never did. We went to the condo ourselves, no introduction like the one that we rented at this complex a week ago. Didn't receive an email 24-48 hours before check-in. The safe had no battery, my husband figured it out and I went and told front desk, it was resolved afterwards. The patio door didn't lock, the reception was informed and nobody did anything. We pay extra for the 5th person , had to insist to have a roll-out bed instead of a sofa bed which is not comfortable at all. For the price we paid, we expect better service. The service was excellent a week ago at another condo at the same property.
