Overall the house was nice! Pretty views, nice location, easy access to groceries and the beach. There were a few things that should be addressed. Especially booking with the intention of it being handicap friendly. The handicap accessible shower was nice, but we had a very hard time getting a wheelchair in that bedroom and door way to the bathroom. The elevator barely fit a wheelchair just because of the brown accordion door in there. Otherwise we could bring her around every floor so that was nice. It wasn’t very clean throughout the house. The kitchen, mainly the sink and in the cabinets, were gross. Random corners of rooms had dirt piled up with bugs when we got there. A few cockroaches but I understand they are expected near water. Overall it was a nice stay, just wish a few things were more clear about the handicap accessible areas and cleanliness needs to be addressed for the next guest.

The upstairs A/C broke on day two, they did provide window units but then we had to listen to 5 window units run in the main area where everyone congregated. The house was nice other than that and the construction noise across the canal every morning at 8am. Our point of contact Brandon was great throughout our stay!
