Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice experience. The condo was as described. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint would be that we needed an extra parking pass and they wanted to charge for it. We had another condo from a different company and they provided the extra pass for free.

Reviewer Comments: outstanding. would suggest that the Halo water detection system needs adjustment. had 3 false positive alerts shut down all the water to the unit. Halo service was very nice, and prompt... but it was entirely unnecessary.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Collectivity it was a wonderful stay. There were just a few things regarding the condo that should be addressed. First, the mattress in the masterbed room was horrible. It is obviously old, bowed, and contributed to the worst nights sleeps. I would wake up with lower back pain and hip pain. My husband and I both thought we were sinking when we laid down on it the first night. The kitchen needs to have a few items replaced. There were no kitchen shears, no dishtowels, just to name a few. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The condo itself was beautiful and we did really enjoy our stay. I would most likely stay there again. The view from the 15th floor was my favorite.

It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed early mornings on the balcony. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pools. There are two state parks close by if you want a less crowded beach.
