Great chalet for winter vacation. Very spacious (more than enough for 8 people (4 adults+4 kids), comfortable and stylish. Well equipped kitchen with all the needed facilities. We also enjoyed sauna and hot tub outside. Superb location, as within the walkable distance from the historic Ludwigstrase with nice shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect , except that once we used up all the coffee pads it was impossible to find coffee pads fitting the expresso machine in Garmish

We had a wonderful stay at ZSAM. It's a luxurious choice for you and your family/friends to spend time together in the bavarian alps. The team is very responsive and ensured we have everything we needed and then some! We'll be back one day!
