Check-in, technology, amenities were new and in great order. House was very clean and owners were wonderful to deal with!

The location was great, but that was about it. The bed sheets were old and the master comforter was torn. Pillows were also old and needed to be replaced. None of the windows had curtains or shades or anything- so nobody could sleep in. Literally no privacy in the bedrooms. When we arrived we couldn’t get in, as we didn’t realize there were 3 lock boxes. Had to wait an hour for a call back from rental manager to get in.
