Opinie

4 / 10

There were several aspects of this reservation that future guests may want to be aware of before booking.65 on the Main operates with clearly defined, strictly enforced policies. Guests who value flexibility around timing should take note of this. We were quoted 200 for early check-in and late checkout combined, and checkout is set at 10:00 a.m., with a 75 fee for departures after that time. While these terms are disclosed, the structure may feel rigid for travelers seeking a more flexible vacation experience. After booking through Vrbo, we were asked to complete additional terms and conditions through an external link outside the Vrbo platform. Guests who prefer to keep all documentation within the booking site may want to inquire about this process in advance.A 350 incidental hold was placed on my credit card. Processing timelines may vary, but this is something guests may wish to factor into their planning.Additionally, there is only one television in the entire house. For families or larger groups, this may be helpful information when deciding if the layout fits their needs.Overall, the property may be well-suited for guests who are comfortable with structured policies and clearly defined fees. Travelers looking for a more flexible, hospitality-centered experience may want to clarify expectations prior to booking to ensure it aligns with their preferences.

Very clean and super convenient location.Everything in its place.

The place is immaculate, contacts for questions or support immediately! The one only drawback was the traffic which the host has NO control over .Also we knew going in it was on a main Street it's just that the traffic was constant until after midnight .On a good note you cannot hear it if u stay inside I would return again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at in Kingsville. The house is lovely, nicely decorated and so clean you would think it had been newly renovated. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were ample cleaning supplies, toiletries, towels and paper products. Parking is on site and easily accessed. It's in a great location right downtown with restaurants, shopping and convenience stores in short walking distance. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Kingsville.
