Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean but it could use an update especially the bathrooms. The beds we thought were a little uncomfortable too soft, but we are used to a firm mattress. The living room and kitchen area were clean and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The bathrooms could definitely use an update they were clean but looked old like nothing was ever done to them. The location was good for us it was close to the town. The property management customer service is excellent. When we arrived the next morning we noticed there was no coffee maker. I called the property management company they apologized and had one sent out that same morning. Overall the unit is clean but with so many other properties in Mammoth we probably would not stay again unless they upgraded the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time booking through mammoth reservations and would 100% do it again. Directions and access to the unit were very easy. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat!

Charming condo very near Canyon Lodge. The wood-burning stove was nice to heat the whole second level with only a few logs. We had no access issues driving around despite the record snowfall.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is listed as close to Canyon Lodge, while it is milage-wise close, it is still a 10-15 minuted drive. Also the listing states "it is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals" There were no pantry staples anywhere in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, etc). It's fine if these things are not provided, but the above should not be stated. Also it is listed that the property is up a steep hill, in snowy conditions, 4wd is really the only way to go. We have an AWD vecihle that had chains on and we slide down the hill one morning.
