Very good for family vacations!

Our room was great. Enough space for 7 and comfortable. The only small issue we had was we were given the option to select an early check in for 2. Because of this, we ordered groceries to be delivered. When we arrived it showed waiting for approval for early check in. I sent messages on app, text, and emailed with no response. I finally found a number to call and was told after 2 that we could not check in early. Not a huge deal but wanted to put it out there so someone else doesn’t make the same mistake as us lol. Overall we really enjoyed our room and Romar House.

The condo was beautiful. The only problem with our stay was the clothes dryer. I called the second night because the dryer would not come on. It took numerous calls and 3 more days before we were brought a loaner. When you need swim suits washed and dried and towels washed and dried, it was very inconvenient. Other than the dryer, our stay was very nice.

I’ve been coming to Romar house since I was little, so I love the building. This condo was super cute and clean. Always love being on the water and having close beach access. Which is worth what you pay to stay there. There was construction being done above or beside us…like someone removing tiles or flooring that started at 8am and went on to 4-5pm- so impossible to sleep past 8am. Extremely loud, could not talk or hear tv while it was going on. I called the company that owns the property and basically was told to find security on the property and there was nothing they could do about it. I know people have to renovate, but dang it was an annoying wake up call on vacation 5 out to the 7 days. Otherwise I don’t really have any complaints.
