Great stay and really enjoyed the patio! Quiet neighborhood was perfect for our stay and close to the riverwalk!

The house is very clean and spacious, allowing for a good amount of sleeping accommodations. The neighborhood is in transition, quite a mix of old & new, quaint or crummy, modern or tear down ready. I always felt safe. It is a very good value. There is plenty of driveway room for tandem parking of two medium size cars or SUVs, behind the closed fence.

The house was nice. The neighborhood was a little rough looking but it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay

There were mice that ate our loaf of bread on the counter. After we saw that we noticed mouse traps around, so they obviously know there is a pest issue. When I emailed them, they just said thanks for letting us know. I had to ask for a partial refund. Otherwise it's a decent property just not in a super great part of town.
