Perfect size for our group. Clean and well-equipped. We cooked almost all meals there and appreciated the spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas. The ping pong table also got a lot of use. A great place for our family gathering.

Property was very spacious! Very high-end and had just about everything we needed. The hot tub was extremely nice and very clean. If you are taking infants/toddlers, you might want to consider taking a baby gate because there are a lot of stairs. This was the one thing that the property did not have available. Other than that, it's very kid friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sundance property in Angel Fire. The home was very roomy and well-equipped, making it perfect for our large group that included everyone from toddlers to grandparents. There were plenty of towels and blankets, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the space made it easy for everyone to relax. Communication was great throughout the stay, and both check-in and check-out were very easy. It was a perfect place for a big family getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The property is GORGEOUS, the house is beautiful but the cleanliness was not. We has some bug issues and bed linens that were not clean. Things were obviously not dusted in a very long time but for the most part, the house is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub also. But note that the trash is disposed of by the tenants at the end of their stay, 10 miles from the house. This is unheard of.
