House was great, host was great. Loved the property. The huge back deck overlooking the stream was a hit with our family. House was right on the trail and close to main road and the convenience store/ gas station. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, plenty of chairs to sit on porch and by the fire. He had some firewood there for us to use. BBQ had propane, it was stocked with alot of pots/pans to use and had plenty of extra towels in a cabinet and fans for every room. He came out to meet us and was super friendly. You can ride ATV's right from the house. Would love to stay there again, and next time bring swimsuits for the swimming holes in the stream.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Location is perfect for everything in the area. The screened in porch is a huge bonus overlooking the Perry Stream.
