This place is the perfect weekend getaway for a couple or family. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was very, very clean. The front porch has a beautiful view of the mountains and 4 brand new rocking chairs. We spent most of our evening outside. The kitchen was well stocked & the interior is adorable with black bear decor! Kerri is super responsive & very accommodating. We were heading to Laconia for bike week, so the location was perfect!!

Host was great! The house was beautiful! Had some trouble during a fast snow fall and host got us help quickly! Would 100 % stay again!
